Returns & Refunds Policy – VeroHaven

  • All items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.


2. Return Process

  • We’ll send instructions and a return shipping label (if eligible).

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.


3. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please email essemlalimarouane@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Include photos or order details — we'll replace the item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.


5. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

  • Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Tracking is provided with all orders.

  • If your package doesn't arrive within 25 days, please reach out — we’ll help trace or arrange a replacement.
